Founded by a physician

The founder of FormMed, Dr. med. Martin Lemperle, ran a nutritional medicine practice with over 10,000 patients for 15 years. In 1996, Dr. Lemperle founded FormMed, drawing on his practical experience to develop innovative products for colleagues in clinical practice.

The result today: the largest micronutrient concept from Germany, with around 400 products of scientific quality that are both evidence-based and validated in practice. This ensures that experts can always find the individually suitable micronutrients for the successful treatment of their patients.
