E-form® 400+ is optimal if you want a high-dose vitamin E from all vitamin E subgroups, which only needs to be taken 3 times a week. All eight vitamin E forms are important for human nutrition; the preparation contains a total of 400 IU of vitamin E and 25 mg of α-linolenic acid.
