Your Non-Profit Dynamics 365 Support: How It Works

STEP 1

Get on Board!

Once your system is up and running, you’ll have an onboarding session with the service desk manager. This introduces you to the support team, communication methods, and the ServiceNow platform, for a smooth transition into the support ecosystem. 

STEP 2

Log a Ticket or Two

Logging support tickets is simple. Do it directly on your ServiceNow portal, via live chat, or by phone. 

STEP 3

Quick Fix or Expert Help

First-line support analysts triage tickets. If your issue is more complex, it will go to our non-profit experienced support consultants or Microsoft-certified developers.

STEP 4

Resolution and Communication

We’ll agree a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with you for resolving issues, and you’ll receive updates by email. ServiceNow also gives you access to knowledge-based articles and training documentation for self-service and continuous learning.

At any time you have the option of your ServiceNow portal, live chat or telephone to communicate with our team.

STEP 5

Review Our Performance

Every month you’ll get a customer statement that reports your logged issues and our SLA achievement. You’ll receive customer satisfaction surveys to give your feedback, and have regular calls with your Customer Success Manager to make sure everything is going smoothly.
