Tokens are the unit Forewrite uses to measure AI usage across all its tools — content writing, image generation, SEO optimization, social media, developer utilities, and business tools. Every time you use any tool on the platform, it consumes a small number of tokens from your balance. Think of tokens like a universal creative fuel: one balance, every tool.
It depends on which tools you use. As a rough guide: a long-form blog post (1,000–1,500 words) uses approximately 800–1,500 tokens; a social media caption uses 50–200 tokens; an SEO meta description uses 100–300 tokens; an AI-generated image uses approximately 300–500 tokens; a code snippet uses 100–400 tokens. The Pro plan (35,000 tokens) comfortably covers a creator or freelancer using multiple tools regularly — all for under ₹4,000 one-time.
Purchased token packs (Lite, Pro, Business) expire 6 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is always visible in your account dashboard, and you'll receive reminder emails 30 days and 7 days before expiry. The Free Trial 1,000 tokens do not expire — use them whenever you are ready.
For paid packs: yes. Unused tokens persist and draw down as you use them — they simply expire on the 6-month date. You are not penalized for not using them immediately. For the Free Trial: your 1,000 one-time tokens do not expire and do not reset — they stay in your account until you use them.
Yes. You can purchase any additional pack at any time, even before your current balance is exhausted. Tokens from the new pack are added to your existing balance. Each pack carries its own independent 6-month expiry clock starting from the date of that specific purchase, so your dashboard shows each batch separately with its own expiry date.
If your balance reaches zero, new content generation is paused. You will not lose any previously saved content or projects. You can top up instantly by purchasing any token pack from this page — access resumes immediately after checkout, with no waiting period or support ticket required.
