4n6 MailRaser Wizard

Install and run MailRaser Software on your computer and click the Open button.

Please select the "Add Account" option from the provided choices.

Enter the correct login credentials of your email account and click the Add button.

This software will quickly load your email accounts data in the left panel.

Click on the uploaded data to get a detailed preview of your email data before deleting it.

Now, click on the Actions button and select the Delete Mails option.

From the given delete options, select the required one.

Select the Delete All Mails option if you need to delete complete data from your email account.

Choose Advanced Settings option if you need to apply some filters for email deletion.

Check the “Delete all mails containing attachments” option if you need to delete emails that only contain attachments.

If you need to delete emails from a specific year, apply a date range.

4n6 MailRaser’s “Delete From Mail-ID” feature allows users to delete emails based on the sender’s email address.

The "delete To Mail-ID" feature to selectively remove emails addressed to a specific recipient from their mailbox.

Please check the option to "Contain Text" and enable "contain in body", "content in subject," and,case sensitive.

Once you have enabled the filters you want, click the Delete button.

A message box will appear asking if you are sure you want to permanently delete emails? Click the "Yes" button.

After clicking on "Yes", the software will start deleting your emails and you can see the real-time status on the software screen.

The demo version of the software is limited to deleting only 10 messages.
