Download 4n6 Document Compressor Software on Windows PC and click the Open button.

The app provides you with a list from which you can select document, Excel, PowerPoint or Image files according to your needs.

Choose the required file format and the software will provide you dual modes to browse and load data, such as Choose Files or Choose Folders.

This software will quickly load all the selected files or folders on the left panel of software screen.

Click the loaded files or folders and preview the complete content before compressing

Click the Export button and choose Compress option from it.

Now, the software will allow you to choose the location where you need to get the compressed documents.

Check the option "Convert to Grayscale" to convert a color image to a grayscale image.

Now, select the "Image Quality Level" as per your requirements.

Select the Image Quality Level to lower or higher as per your requirements.

Click the Save button to begin the document compression process.

The demo edition shows the file details after compression but does not export files. Upgrade to licensed edition to remove the limitations.
