Focus Engineering was founded in 2013 by Tim Snijder and Ben Bond. The foundation aimed to meet the great demand for Control & Automation and Electrical & Instrumentation personnel. In 2017, Modus Engineering was added under the leadership of Tomas van de Groes to also be able to contribute to the Mechanical & Piping market. In 2024, Modus Engineering was merged under the flag of Focus Engineering and we specialize specifically in these six disciplines. Thanks to our experience, we know the market inside and out and we always know how to offer suitable vacancies and projects and also meet the demand for personnel from our customers.

At Focus Engineering, we believe it’s crucial for both the client and the candidate to be fully satisfied. Communication is key to our success.
