Lindrum is a striking 27-storey commercial tower, becoming a prominent fixture in Melbourne’s CBD. The lower five storeys sit within a heritage-listed façade, while the upper commercial strata premises are housed in an elegant glazed façade.

The primary technical challenge for this building is the egress system, due to its height and slender floor plate. The discharge of the two fire-isolated stairs on the Ground Floor required careful coordination, addressing spatial constraints and ensuring an efficient structural design that complements the building’s functionality.

Focused Fire plays an integral role in delivering both the architectural and operational intent of the building, continuing through construction to final sign-off in 2026.
