As a registered engineer with extensive experience in fire safety performance design and risk assessments, she plays a key role in managing and delivering projects, including high-rise residential, commercial, education, and healthcare developments. With a focus on people, she is passionate about making meaningful connections in the industry. Outside of work, Pav loves staying active through hiking, hitting the gym, and learning Jiu-Jitsu, while maintaining a beginner’s mindset both professionally and personally to foster continuous growth.

Cillian is a Senior Fire Safety Consultant with industry experience in Ireland and Australia, with knowledge of fire safety codes from Ireland, the United Kingdom and Australia, giving him a unique perspective on fire safety. He is involved in every stage of a project, from initial concept, developing the fire safety strategy, to construction and handover. His well-rounded approach to fire engineering and strong communication skills ensures the best outcome for every project.

Sam is a Fire Safety Consultant with a background in both fire services design and fire safety engineering adding key technical knowledge to assist with the engineering analysis. This includes a detail understanding of the relevant fire protection standards and building code.

Drawing on previous experience in both developing performance-based solutions as well as fire services design, Sam understands the need to develop solutions which are cost-effective and easily maintainable throughout the life of the building.

Stephen is a Mechanical Engineer who has gained experience in project engineering in the oil and gas industry and fire engineering consulting within the Republic of Ireland.

A proud mum of two, she keeps active with at the gym, Pilates and chasing after her boys. She’s passionate about good food, cooking and the footy.
