A 15-year-old boy has been arrested and charged as a juvenile after he was allegedly seen damaging a BMW
The attack by a gang of teenagers in Manhattan occurred on Fifth Avenue and corner of 21st street on Tuesday
Dozens of youths on bicycles were filmed stopping traffic and targeted a BMW SUV in the afternoon
Several of the teens began smashing up the vehicle and tried to open its doors to get to those inside the car
