Corexit is getting sprayed around all over, not just in the Gulf of Mexico. And undersea oil drillers have been fooling with man-made bacteria to help get the oil out (slicks it up) for years. Chemical air spraying is documented around the globe. Is all this sea foam really from natural sources? Often it is but the oceans are not what they once were. They are now BP’s petri-dish.
