okay i made icons of the oc ill give you a few and for the rest visit photobucket and go to my account flyawayhero because i keep updating and dont stop so its hard to keep posting them on here :) enjoy. Most of the icons are my fav.

turn this:   

into this:  



STEP 1: duplicate your base layer and set it to screen.

STEP 2: make a new layout and fill it in with #FFFFFF and set it to overlay

its should look like this:



STEP 3: make a new layout and fill it in with #00115C and set it to exculsion

it should look like this




STEP 4: go back to the layer filled with white (layer 3) and take a eraser tool and erase on top of the faces of the people. Merge everything and it should look like this




TIP!! if it is to bright try to bring the opacity down on layer three. the one with the white
