Q: What happens with my theme, now that there are no more updates and support offered by Flothemes?
A: You can continue using your site and updating the content as usual. If you have an active Flothemes subscription, renewal fees will not apply, and you’ll maintain access to the current product. Your site remains operational, allowing you to create and edit FlexBlocks. This applies to all one-time purchase themes (Pronto, Flexthemes, and Classic themes) and all Pronto all-in-one subscriptions. If you want to save the Flex Blocks as a backup to use them in the future, you can export them as JSON files. Here you can find a detailed article on how to export the Flex Blocks.

Q: What WP and PHP versions do you recommend?
A: Flothemes users are encouraged to use the following recommended WordPress and PHP versions:
– Pronto All-in-One or Pronto theme: PHP 8.2, WordPress 6.2.2.
– Flextheme: PHP 7.4 – 8.0, WordPress 6.2.2.
Q: Images inside blogposts are not showing when published | Lazy Loading
A: WordPress has integrated Lazy Load in their content area. It conflicts with the built-in Lazy Load function in your Flex Theme. One of the impacts is that images inside the blog posts won’t display, even if they are visible in the dashboard side of the website. To fix this conflict, just go to Flotheme tab inside your Dashboard → Generics → Miscellaneous → and turn off the “Enable lazyload for wp-content area” option.
Q: FlexBlock Editor not working properly or Cannot Add Blocks
A: If you are facing one of the following issues: loading circle keeps rotating when you try to open the Flex Block builder or save progress, or when you try to submit a Contact form as a user — it means there are some mixed content issues on the site. This is caused by HTTPS sites still containing some HTTP elements. To fix this, we recommend installing the Really Simple SSL plugin, which fixes mixed content issues. Important to note that the plugin has a two-step activation method. We recommend to also activate the “Mixed content fixer – back end” option in the plugin settings.
Q: 3rd Party Integration
A: If content on your website pages does not look as expected, or some block overlap, then most probably there are issues caused by a third party plugin. To troubleshoot this issue, you need to turn off one by one your third party plugins on the website. After each modification, clear your cache and check your website. Repeat this until you find the problematic plugin that is causing issues.
