2025 Exhibitor Packet

Thanks for agreeing to be part of the Florida Chamber’s 39th Annual Environmental Permitting Summer School scheduled for July 15-18, 2025 at the JW Marriott Resort in Marco Island, Florida. Based on registrations to date, we are anticipating a great crowd this year!

This information is intended to provide the necessary exhibitor information to be a successful part of our team for 2025.

General Information

We ask that each person servicing the booths fill out the registration found here. Any on-site changes for name badges, etc. will be charged a fee of $10 per name badge change.

Click here to find the exhibit hall layout and floor plan. The booth space includes one 6 ft. table and two chairs. Each booth will be piped and draped with 3′ side rail drapes and include signage.

Set up begins at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 15th, and must be completed no later than 7:00 p.m. If you are unable to set up on Tuesday you may do so on Wednesday, July 16th before noon. Breakdown begins at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 18th, and must be completed no later than 2:00 p.m.

Vendors arriving and off-loading their boxes/displays must be done at the loading dock and not the front drive. If you are driving your materials in, rather than shipping them, you will be responsible for getting your materials to your booth location. You can contact a bellman at the hotel and pay them to take your exhibit materials to your booth as an alternative. The hotel does not have carts/flat beds available at the loading dock.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have a reservation at the Marco Marriott and are a no-show on night one of your reservation the hotel will cancel the reservation in its entirety. Please make sure that you arrive on your scheduled day of arrival or contact the hotel directly to make changes to your reservation.

Additional Services

If your booth requires electricity or other audiovisual needs, please visit the new booking link for all exhibitor orders. There is an additional charge for this service by the hotel. The event name is FL Environmental Permitting Network Jul2025.

In addition, click here for shipping instructions and associated costs if you want to ship anything through FedEx at the hotel. Items shipped to the hotel will come to the FedEx Office directly and will need to be contacted to receive those items and pay the handling fees. If any attendees need assistance with moving shipped items to their room or booth, FedEx can assist and the delivery fees to do so are also detailed in the above instructions.

Also, FedEx, which is located on-site, has provided the following link for those that may be interested in a quote for a display package.
