This app shows the current airtraffic over Zurich/Switzerland in a 3D view. You can pan/zoom/fly around, get the details about each airplane (if available). Airplanes from major (EU) carriers have their logo on the plane. The app needs persistent Web-access (3G/WiFi) to obtain the Flight-Data from the server! Data provided by ZHAW-Winterthur (radar.zhaw.ch)

Bugfixes: The detail-information for a plane sometimes indicated the airport name where it should display the carrier (which most likely lead to app crashes, too) - fixed Airplane model is more compressed now, so the app shouldn't slow down that much on older devices anymore even when there are a lot of planes present (ADVICE FOR USERS WITH OLDER DEVICES - 3G and lower: don't expect any miracles. When there a lot of planes on the screen, the app might still be slow). 1.5 12/14/2010 Bugfix: Application crashed under certain conditions when loading Airplane details.
