The challenge
Before working with FleetGO, DCC predominantly captured documents manually, which were then physically stored for compliance purposes. With multiple brands, vehicles and flow meters across the business, DCC was looking for a technology partner that could streamline and automate operational tasks across a wide range of different flow meter types within its newly formed Certa business.

With this core business ethos in mind, DCC’s Certa business began rolling out the installation of FleetGO systems across its fleet in April 2021.
FleetGO’s system is now fully integrated across the Certa brand and supports eight flow meter models within the fleet.
The results
In support of Certa’s drive to safely improve operational efficiency, FleetGO has significantly reduced inefficient manual processes across the business. Data is captured directly from the meter, reducing processing errors and providing a live overview of fleet movements and stock levels. FleetGO has also helped simplify compliance by enabling digitally captured inspection forms, which are then stored in a central, secure repository.
The system makes data easy to retrieve, supporting the tracking and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) across the different brands within the business.
