About Me!

I'm a mother, a humanist-feminist-scientist-agnostic, a nature enthusiast, a dragon, a writer, a casual gamer, a slasher and a scifi/fantasy geek. I live in the UK and I am obsessed with the US TV series "Supernatural". I read and write SPN fanfic (I have over 50 fics up on ao3), a mix of m/m slash and gen. I've had other fandoms in the past but I've stuck to this one since it started. Favourite computer games are/have been Second Life, Minecraft, World of Warcraft, Don't Starve and Heroes of Might and Magic. I have a teenaged son who is on the spectrum and has ADHD (which I probably do too), I have fibromyalgia, and a dog who has epilepsy, so lots of medication issues in our household! Other Half is a computer geek.

I love to talk, especially about Supernatural, and will chew your ear off if you let me. I am a very friendly person but I fail extraordinarily at keeping up with my flist and I go into long periods of apparent hibernation. Please don't take it personally and feel free to poke me if you actually want me to respond to something. (It's no use poking me on here, though...)

I no longer really use LJ but still think fondly of my LJ friends. If you want to find me, I'm Fledhyris all over the place - currently I hang around Discord the most, but I haven't changed my email address so if you used to know it, you still do! I always love to hear from old friends.
