Lease agreement & term

We have clear, transparent contracts with no surprises. You can choose a 10-month or 12-month lease, depending on your needs. The contract includes full details about payments, giving notice and the use of the room.

What is not included in the rent?

Each building has its own facilities:

  • Water consumption
  • Superfast Wi-Fi
  • Maintenance of communal areas
  • Problem management & interventions

Payments

Rent is paid monthly by bank transfer. We ask for a rental deposit at the beginning, as prescribed by law. You will receive full information about this when you sign the contract.

Arrival & departure

Check-in: you will receive an email with full practical information, access codes and arrangements.

Check-out: we will arrange a time together for the final inventory and key handover.

Failures & faults

Noticed a problem in your room or building? Use our tenant notification form to report it quickly and easily. We follow up every report as quickly as possible.

House rules

To ensure that everyone can enjoy living in our accommodation, some house rules apply. Examples include cleanliness, sleep, safety and appropriate use of common areas. You will receive a copy of these when you sign your contract.

Safety

All our buildings are equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and clearly marked emergency exits. We also provide regular checks to keep everything safe.
