To address your concern, since you purchased FlameReader 11 years ago and are having trouble transferring it to a new computer due to an invalid license, I recommend the following steps:

  1. Locate Purchase Details: Ensure you have any purchase details available, such as order confirmation emails or receipts as proof of purchase.

  2. Contact Support: Reach out to FlameReader's customer support. Provide them with your purchase details and explain your situation in detail, including the issues with the invalid license.

  3. Check for Updates: If you haven't updated the software in a long time, there may be a newer version or different licensing policy. Customer support can provide information on this.

  4. License Recovery: Ask customer support if there’s a way to recover or refresh your license key.

  5. Email Access: If possible, try to recover access to your old email, as it might be necessary for account verification.

Providing proof of purchase will be essential in resolving your issue, so ensure you have all relevant documentation ready when contacting support.
