- Business Customer – any customer purchasing in the course of business.

- Contact & Support: name, email, IP address, form entries – to respond to support requests (legitimate interest).
- Email Sign‑Ups: name, email – to send updates if you opt in (consent).
- Subscriptions & Purchases: billing details, transaction data – to fulfil contracts via Stripe/WooCommerce (contract performance).
- Usage Analytics: anonymised data from Google Analytics & WooCommerce logs – to improve site reliability and experience (consent).
4. Data Retention
- Support logs & emails – retained until you request deletion.
- Subscriber data – retained while active and for 12 months after cancellation unless deleted earlier on request.
- Analytics – stored for up to 24 months, then anonymised or deleted.

- FixLayer Licensing Server – to issue and manage licence keys under contract.
- Google Analytics – anonymised usage data only.

- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Complain to the ICO: make a complaint.
8. International Transfers
Your data is stored and processed in the UK or jurisdictions recognised by the UK as providing adequate protection. No transfers outside these areas occur without UK GDPR‑compliant safeguards.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Significant changes will be emailed to active subscribers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this Privacy Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have sole jurisdiction over any disputes, irrespective of where in the world our products or services are purchased or used.
