I am a passionate facilitator of NeuroChangeSolutions work. This work is based on Dr. Joe Dispenza's over 30 years of research into how we change. I started learning and living this work in 2020 and it has changed every single corner of my life. I have personally experienced in countless ways just how transformative it is to learn the formula I train in NeuroChangeSolutions content. I'm not just a facilitator of this content, I live it.

I have been facilitating and training groups in English and Spanish since 2003 that are as wide and ranging as country leading executive teams that advise government to elementary classes in rural El Salvador. I've trained organizations in multinational corporations, start ups, higher ed, high school, elementary school and community groups.

How I Use NeuroChangeSolutions

Many of my clients are leaders of organizations and I use NCS with them to bring their leadership teams and extended teams into the practice of changing their mind to get new results. The leadership teams know the value of learning a neuroscience based model of change in their own lives and Change Your Mind…Get New Results is the ideal training to bring the broader company into that reality.

How I've Helped Clients

My clients have experienced growth and transformation through the Change Your Mind…Get New Results training. I’ve taken them through a deeper understanding of how to change and how our brains and bodies play roles in change. The training helped them develop a deeper understanding of how they were leading their teams and how to effectively and reliably make changes in their own leadership style moving forward. 

When I work with executive teams and founders, those participants are able to set a new tone for their entire organizations - not by training this material but by living it. My clients who have completed this program report that they are better able to catch old habits that were sabotaging their efforts and change them. When leaders can make these changes, they model it to the rest of their teams.
