    I approached Lara approximately 2.5 years ago with the goal of increasing my muscle mass and reducing my body fat percentage. At that time, I had already been going to the gym for several years and knew the basics, but I struggled with my training program and had a very low appetite. I felt like I was spinning in circles, often over-training and not seeing the results I wanted. In addition, I was also afraid of gaining unnecessary body weight throughout the process.     I am very satisfied and delighted with the cooperation! Although I already knew a lot about nutrition and training, I needed someone to motivate and guide me.     I've been training with Lara for half a year, three times a week. The training sessions are excellent; Lara has designed them exactly to suit me - an hour of serious work, but that hour flies by in an instant. I started training with a great deal of caution due to back and shoulder problems, which previously prevented me from working with heavier weights. However, Lara corrected some mistakes I had made before in the first training, and those problems did not appear again. During training, Lara constantly monitors all elements of the exercise - form, speed, weight, duration of rest... - so there is no longer any fear of injury. We increased the initial weights with which I worked before on all exercises by at least 50%, and on most exercises by double, and we continue to progress. Progress is not only in numbers; subjectively, I feel better than ever, and I can't wait for every next training session. I definitely recommend training with Lara to anyone who wants to make a positive change in life and feel great at the same time.

    Training heals the soul and body - total truth! At first, I didn't believe it. Impatient, distrustful, emotionally unstable, which led to overeating and so on indefinitely. A year and a half of learning, trying to believe in myself and the process, crying, ups, and downs. I used to think that only a fall was connected to me, while I would consider every training a failure when I didn't lift the working weight. Today? Patient and focused. Proteins at the level, daily activity at the level, training at the level. I consider every rise and fall a success. Every training session is a personal victory, no matter what it is. And it's really, really worth it - the more effort you put in, the more results you'll get. If it weren't for Lara and her encouragement, I wouldn't be a better version of myself today.

    Before we started working together, I thought that better results could only be achieved if you train 5-6 times a week. Considering the 12-hour work and night shifts, I wanted to have more time for rest and myself, so we reduced training to 3 times per week. I proved to myself that I can lift much heavier weights and that the brake was only in my head. I finally stopped dividing food into good and bad, and my relationship with food is much better. I saw that there is no more stress after birthdays, going out, or after the annual vacation, thinking that I have ruined everything I have done all year. I am more relaxed, more rested with fewer training sessions per week, and the results are never better.

    Lara is the first person who educated me about nutrition, calorie manipulation, and showed me how not to be hungry and feel my best. When you think of something, you go to Google and read "go on a diet." Over time, this unconsciously grows into a fear that leads to a bad relationship with food. Lara is someone who patiently and selflessly listened to complaints and fears, and as trust was built in our relationship, the fears disappeared. The best advice I can give to other girls is to let go and believe, do what you are recommended and told, and everything else comes with it :)
