FISA is pleased to continue to partner with Dr. Shirley Giroux to deepen the understanding and implementation of Compassionate Systems Leadership (CSL) in BC independent schools.
CLS is a framework for working together in pursuit of effective mental health & wellness supports for teachers and other education professionals.
The 3 domains of learning in CSL are
1) Intrapersonal Development (personal mastery/self-regulation),
2) Interpersonal Development (building capacity through shared reflection), and
3) Systems Thinking & Systems Awareness (tools & approaches for change).
