Aniekan Ukpanah is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 30 years of experience in corporate and commercial law. He is the Managing Partner of Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie, one of Nigeria’s leading commercial law firms, where he leads the finance, infrastructure, and real estate teams. He has advised leading banks, multilateral institutions, and corporate clients on high-profile transactions across sectors such as energy, transport, power, and telecommunications.

Nnenna Iwuagwu

Managing Director

Nnenna Iwuagwu is a real estate and operations executive with over 14 years of progressive experience spanning real estate development, project management, and strategic leadership. She currently serves as Managing Director of First Ally Properties Limited, where she leads the firm’s mission to deliver quality-driven residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Ebenezer Olufowose

Director

Ebenezer Olufowose is the Group Managing Director of First Ally Capital Limited. He is a financial services industry veteran with over 35 years of experience. With a first-class honours degree in Economics from the University of Lagos and a Master’s degree in International Economics from the University of Sussex, England, Mr Olufowose has an impressive academic background. He has also attended several management and leadership training programs at leading institutions such as the Institute of Management Development, Lausanne, Switzerland, Harvard Business School, Boston USA, and INSEAD, Singapore.

Adetola Adeleye is the Managing Director of First Ally Trustees, where she oversees the company’s strategy, growth, and market positioning. With over 12 years of expertise in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, she has been instrumental in delivering bespoke trust solutions to a diverse client base.

He has advised leading banks, multilateral institutions, and corporate clients on high-profile transactions across sectors such as energy, transport, power, and telecommunications.

Widely recognised for his expertise, Aniekan has been consistently ranked as a top-tier lawyer by Chambers Global, Legal 500, and IFLR1000. He serves on several boards, including FSDH Holding Company, and is a Director and Secretary of the Lex Mundi global network of independent law firms. He has also contributed to national policy initiatives, including the CBN’s Bank Consolidation Committee and the Federal Government’s Tax System Review.

As Chairman of First Ally Properties, he brings deep legal, governance, and strategic insight to the business, supporting its mission to deliver innovative and high-quality real estate and infrastructure solutions in Nigeria.

Prior to joining First Ally, Nnenna was Group Chief Operating Officer at Levitikal Group, where she provided executive oversight across multiple subsidiaries in the property and construction space. She previously held senior roles including Head of Sales Operations at MGE Realty Ltd, and Acting Head, Client Relationship Management at Cruxstone Development & Investments Ltd. Her consultancy experience also includes work with Astroglobe Estates and PWAN Homes.

Nnenna holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and Banking from Bells University of Technology and an MBA in International Business and Sustainability from Nexford University, a master’s in project management from Rome Business School. Known for driving large-scale real estate transactions and delivering operational excellence, she is passionate about creating sustainable communities and maximising investment value in Nigeria’s evolving property landscape.

Ebenezer Olufowose is the Group Managing Director of First Ally Capital Limited. He is a financial services industry veteran with over 35 years of experience. Mr Olufowose is an Honourary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration, and a Fellow of the Association of Investment Advisers & Portfolio Managers. He has played key roles in the structuring and execution of several landmark capital market transactions and was actively involved in the Federal Government Privatisation programme as well as various capital raises for multinationals.

Prior to setting up First Ally Capital Limited, Mr Olufowose was Executive Director at Access Bank Plc and Director with Citigroup where he led the bank’s origination, structuring, and execution of corporate finance and investment banking transactions in Nigeria. He served as Executive Director with Citibank Nigeria and currently sits on the board of directors of First Bank of Nigeria Limited. With Mr Olufowose’s expertise and leadership, our team is committed to providing exceptional financial services to our clients.

Adetola Adeleye

Director

Adetola Adeleye is the Managing Director of First Ally Trustees, where she oversees the company’s strategy, growth, and market positioning. With over 12 years of expertise in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, she has been instrumental in delivering bespoke trust solutions to a diverse client base.

She also serves as Head of Legal and Company Secretary at First Ally, ensuring smooth business operations and mitigating legal risks across the group. Her contributions include implementing governance frameworks and leading strategic transactions that have strengthened the company’s operations.

She holds an LLB from Obafemi Awolowo University and an LLM from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. A recipient of the ESQ Legal Nigerian Rising Star Award, she exemplifies excellence and leadership in the legal profession.
