I have had occasion to work with many different web developers. Carol is, without a doubt, the best. She is diligent, creative, communicates well, and takes the time to understand the assignment and clearly outline her recommended solution. On the other hand, she's so highly productive that she made *us* the project's bottleneck...but that's a nice problem to have. I would work with her again anytime.

It was a pleasure (and a relief!) to have Carol re-do my very old website. She asked the right questions, to draw out what I needed and liked. She took my ideas into account, while giving me the benefit of her expertise with color, design, and the technical “under-the-hood” aspects that I thankfully do not need to understand. I designed my own website in 1999. I knew I desperately needed an update, but I was incapable of doing it on my own. FireStream Media to the rescue! Carol Thomson understood my concept, design and content needs immediately from seeing my previous amateur work. She refreshed my design, transferred my 22 years of content to Word Press, and then trained me to continue maintaining the website myself. Years of anxiety about what would happen to my website melted away with Carol's superb design and teaching skills. Now, my website is elegant, searchable, and able to read on mobile phones! A dream come true.

Firestream Media helped us this summer with a deadline-driven and total redesign of the website for our national higher-education project. Carol Thomson was terrific to work with: creative, collaborative, patient, careful with details, and responsive to both new details and fixing glitches. The product was terrific, and she was great to work with. At the start of the summer, I was anxious about whether we could get the site done. She made it happen well.

We have been a client of Firestream Media since 2009, when Carol redesigned our website in Dreamweaver CS4 and CSS format. She helped us again in 2014 to create a website with responsive design using WordPress. The templates and training she provided have made it very easy for me to maintain the site. Carol is very knowledgeable about all facets of web development and is a great help whenever we need to add a new feature to our website. She is also great at video production, and created an excellent video for our 20th Anniversary celebration that really captured the history and accomplishments of our organization.
