3D Printed Propellant

Firehawk employs 3D printing technology to create propellant grains for the solid rocket motors, ensuring precise design, enhanced performance, and efficient combustion.

Motor Case

The motor case of the solid rocket houses the fuel grain and withstands the high pressure and temperature generated during combustion, ensuring safe and efficient propulsion.

Igniter

The igniter is a small device that produces heat and flame to start the combustion of the solid propellant.

Fins

The fins help keep the base bleed shell stable and flying straight, improving accuracy and extending its range.

3D Printed Propellant

The propellant releases gas during flight to fill the space behind the shell and reduce drag, helping the artillery shell fly farther.

Payload

The payload includes explosives or specialized materials for functions like fragmentation, illumination, smoke, or signaling.

3D Printed Fuel Grain

Firehawk utilizes 3D printing technology to manufacture the fuel grain, the solid component of their hybrid engine, enabling precise customization and efficient production.

Control System

A simplified control system enables throttling and delivers high reliability and cost-efficiency.

Oxidizer Tank

The oxidizer tank of a hybrid rocket engine stores and supplies the oxidizer needed for combustion, enabling propulsion in a controlled and efficient matter.

Powered by Allies

Mission-Driven Partnerships.

Zero Compromise.

Firehawk’s Lawton, Oklahoma facility is purpose-built to restore resilience to the U.S. defense supply chain. Designed for speed, scale, and adaptability, it provides the modular capacity needed to meet urgent operational demands while sustaining long-term readiness. Every system produced here reflects our commitment to precision, reliability, and uncompromising mission support.
