FinesseMBS now on mobile device. This mobile application has been specifically designed for workflow processing of various documents like Inward and Outward Invoices. The approver(s) receive(s) an notification from FinesseSuite on his/her device, which lists the items that need to be acted upon by them. On receipt of the notification, the user can access the invoice or any other document to act upon the item. It eases the job of processing as some of the approvers will not be operational FinesseSuite users e.g. CFO, CEO etc. These users will need an ability to process the items while they are mobile. Hence a mobile application will allow them to act upon an item without login-in to FinesseSuite Web Application.
Requires iOS 7.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
