Figma Agent is a lightweight background helper from Figma, Inc. that supports the Figma desktop app. It manages secure updates, handles deep links and file handoff from your browser, maintains reliable real-time connections for collaboration, and performs system integration tasks so Figma opens quickly and runs smoothly. Installed alongside the Figma desktop app, Figma Agent runs quietly with minimal resource usage and starts automatically when needed. It has no separate user interface and isn’t intended to be launched directly.
