Winter Wine Domes & Sipping in the Snow!
The magic of winter brings more than a chill to the air. The fresh snow covered vineyards and bright blue skies are the perfect setting for our Winter Wine Domes & cozy days by the fire place inside the Wine Lodge! We invite you to join us making memories and sharing wine filled weekends with your friends and family in a cozy dome, inside the Wine Lodge or take a winter stroll and pick your favourites to enjoy at home. Daily, we serve award winning wines & ciders in a flight or by the glass + a selection of our small lot wines are available by the bottle! Our “Shareables & Pairables” menu is available 7 days a week. Enjoy breathtaking views across the vineyard which become even more spectacular with the first dustings of snowfall. Reservations are recommended, walk-ins always welcome.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Fielding Estate Winery dog friendly?
Four legged friends are not allowed inside the winery or the outdoor lounges. They are welcome on leash, at the property picnic tables and muskoka chairs.
Is Fielding Estate Winery family friendly?
Of course! Children of all ages are welcome to visit with their parents/adult guardians.
Can I get a refund once purchased? Can I exchange my reservation for a different night?
If you decide you cannot make your intended reservation date, you can simply cancel and receive a refund via your original confirmation email. You are also able to modify the date from your confirmation email.
Are we allowed to bring outside food or drink to winery?
We do not allow any outside food or drink on the property. This includes inside the winery, our Wine Domes, the Vineyard Lounge, and the picnic area. Absolutely no outside alcohol is permitted.
What happens in the event of bad weather?
All reservations in Wine Domes are subject to change due to inclimate weather. In the event of a snowstorm, customers will be notified regarding their reservation, and offered a new reservation date or refund. All Vineyard Lounge reservations will continue in the event of rain.
Is the Tasting Bar open?
The Tasting Bar is open daily Oct – May 10:30 – 5:30pm · Jun–Sep 10:30 – 6pm. Please refer to our experiences for reservations.
