Here's my first tutorial;}
I hope you'll like it.
First, prepare our base: [I took a pic of ALyssa Milano]
Now duplicate it and set to screen 50%.
The go > Imges > adjusments > Hue/Saturation and make saturation +20
Now create a new layer and fill it with #a2e1fe and set to screen 60%
Now...
Selective coloring :
REDS:
C -100
M +20
Y -30
B +5
YELLOWS:
C -100
M +40
WHITES:
B -35
NEUTRALS:
C -30
M -30
Y -29
B +20
And after selective colouring we have :
Now duplicate the base and bring it to the top and set to soft light 100%
Now create a new layer and fill it with #000a36 and set it to exclusion 100%
and.. Now go image> adjustments > color balance and put these settings:
we got :
and. that's all xD
