Yes, FiberCheckPRO is compatible with Windows 10, but you'll need the version 2.0.0.4980 available from the official website. The software installs the latest drivers and fixes so you can use it on the Windows 10 platform.
Access the following link and download the installer. You'll need an active Internet connection to be able to install the application since it downloads the installation files from the Internet.
This is what I've found on the official website in the Highlights section inside the description:
Document that your product is compliant to end face quality standards, such as IEC-61300-3-35
As you can see, it supports the mentioned standard. For additional information, kindly visit the official website. There are downloads available as well as What's New and Release Notes.
I just downloaded version 1.9 from version 1.6. I have the "link OPM readings with fiber analysis" box checked. So I scope the fiber, it passes. I then go to the OPM tab and store the reading. When I save the file it does not have the reading embedded in the picture of the fiber. Am I missing a setting somewhere? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've checked the application and was able to download it through the download page, but I couldn't find anything available for your inquiry which means it's either a local issues or there is a problem with the application itself.
If you have the software, go to Help and read through the available documentation. You should have all the instructions there and all the necessary procedures on how to work with the application.
All screenshots on the Internet point to the fact that this software doesn't run on Mac OS. You can't use it as a native application. You will have to emulate it with the help of WineBottler, an emulation tool that has the capability of allowing you to run Windows software on a Mac without having Windows installed through Bootcamp or any other virtualization mode.
