About Female Fight Club

We have years of experiences to give you better results.

Female Fight Club is a strength based gym located in Columbus, Ohio. We offer memberships, classes, 1 on 1 & small group personal training, nutrition coaching, somatic therapy, as well as a variety of workshops throughout the month.

These are all things that we can DO, but the gym is really more about who we ARE. Together we form a community of strong, kind, & supportive women that are joining in at many different levels. Beginner? Let us help guide you. Expert? Teach us something new!

Our workshops and coffee bar are some of the amenities that we provide to give you some relief and recovery in addition to your workouts.

Take any of our classes as often as you’d like! We offer different strength classes as well as cardiovascular classes. ALL LEVELS WELCOME! Also includes access to 3,000 square feet of free weights, turf, power cages, and cardiovascular machines as well as access to amenities such as the coffee bar and weekly workshops.

What's Included
Stopping in to try us out or passing by from out of town? Hop in a class or do your own thing, but definitely take full advantage of all the gym has to offer with our day pass.

Exercising with weights was a new thing for me in 2022. When I started, I requested a female trainer and started working with Gigi. She patiently guided me through unfamiliar body movements as I worked at gaining a new skill. Gigi understands the female form and knows which exercises her clients need based on age, activity and goals. Thanks to Gigi, I am now confident in the gym and love the results I am seeing.

Our paths crossed 5/25/21, and never in a million years would I have thought we would still be at it to this very day. My workout sessions with Gigi have now become a way of life and I cannot imagine how life would be without exercise in it. I owe that to her. I am still working towards those goals but I sure am not where I was when I first started out. She allows me to simply be ME!
