FeedRoller

FeedRoller is a lightweight RSS application that you can take with you anywhere thanks to its portability. You can add feeds manually or import them from a different app.

In contrast to other similar apps, new feeds show up at the top of the screen; it also features a bar that you can customize.

If you want to access a specific article, just press the keyboard shortcut you previously set up for it.
