My alarm panel is beeping constantly what should I do?
Verify that the beeping is coming from the alarm panel and not a smoke or carbon monoxide detector, once verified contact our 24hr customer support number on 0861971998 and they will be able to assist.
I have a non-monitored alarm and do not have a maintenance contract; the system is beeping what should I do?
Please contact the office on 021-2428291 during office hours (9AM-5PM). We do not offer out of hours support to non-monitored and non-maintained systems.
Do I need to use my alarm system every day to be covered by house insurance?
No, once you have one of our monitored alarms installed and certified that’s all the insurance companies need.
Will my monthly payments increase year on year like other providers?
No, once your tailored plan is agreed the monthly payments stay the same.
What is minimum term contract with Feale Security?
Unlike other providers Feale Security systems are owned not rented so we would have a minimum term to serve to obtain ownership of the system, however there are 12- and 24-month options also available on a lease basis.
Is there any hidden charges with Feale Security?
No, unlike other providers we cover all maintenance visits and parts as part of the contract.
What is the response time of a Feale Security Alarm?
The response time to an alarm activation by our monitoring station is on average 15 seconds.
Do alarms need regular maintenance?
Yes – battery checks, sensor testing, and periodic servicing keep systems reliable.
