David Lamb has 40+ years’ experience in firestopping and passive fire protection field, working as an external consultant to passive fire protection installing companies and main contractors. David Lamb holds skills in firestopping manufacturing, testing, inspection, and technical design and solutions roles.

He will ensure that continuous improvement is achieved via compliant and commercially efficient methods. David Lamb holds key business acumen and enthusiasm to assemble, lead and motivate teams to deliver client outcomes and objectives.

Liam Keenan has 10+ years’ construction experience, including the last 7+ years in PFP, with his previous background in construction including as an external PFP consultant, Technical Support and Technical Manager for an industry leading PFP company. Liam holds a First Class (Hons) master’s degree in civil engineering (MEng) and a Master’s degree with Distinction in Fire Engineering (MSc).

Additionally, Liam is involved with the sub-committee FSH/22/-/-16 relating to the development of BS 8623 the BSI Code of Practise on assessments in lieu of fire test data that will replace the PFPF Guide. Liam is also involved with the Association for Specialist Fire Protection (ASFP) including their Council, Industry Leaders, Technical Committee, Technical Group 2 (Boards & Sprays) Technical Group 3 (Firestopping, Penetrations Seals & Cavity Barriers) & Technical Group 5 (Partitions). Liam also holds the IFE Level 3 qualification in Passive Fire Protection.

Will Cotterill has gained a large amount of technical knowledge across multiple sectors of the Passive Fire Protection industry. Coming from a manufacturing background, Will has experience in the production, testing and certification of product in both technical development and technical support roles. Will also holds the IFE Level 3 qualification in Passive Fire Protection and is considered an “Industry Expert” through his involvement in BSI FSH/22 for the development of standards relating to Fire Resistance Testing.
