Professional Learning Day image

The faculty and staff from across Flagler Schools are working hard today at our district's Professional Learning Day. Flagler County's largest employer is dedicated to the growth and training of those who impact the next generation on a daily basis. We thank our families and our community for the support they give us every step of the way as we head down the stretch of the 2025-26 school year.

The image shows a flyer for a Kindergarten Round-Up event, featuring a group of children in the foreground and information about the event in the background.

Ready or not… Kindergarten is coming!

Have a little one starting school next year? Come hang out with us at Kindergarten Roundup! It’s all about making that first step feel exciting (for kids and parents!).

Meet the teachers, check out the classrooms, climb on a school bus, and get everything ready for the big first day… plus a little fun along the way!

The Panther Den had an exciting fly-in from the East Flagler Mosquito Control District to celebrate  Wadsworth Elementary School student, Sadie Boyett! She was the winner of their "Skeeter Sweater" Design Contest. WES Principal Amy Neuendfeldt, along with some special guests, got to kick off the celebration with a crowd-pumping flight over campus by the Mosquito Control Helicopter!

National Public Schools Week, celebrated February 23 – 27, 2026, is a time to celebrate the incredible work happening every day in classrooms across Flagler Schools and all Florida school districts. Public schools are the clear choice for Florida families, with 85% of parents choosing Florida public schools and public charter schools to educate their children and that is something to proudly celebrate!
