Developing Your Project
SCCAN free web spaces –
A space is a fully fledged website hosted under the sccan.scot domain. You get the latest and greatest WordPress, but without too much clutter. You can build simple or complex layouts and use the blogging open source software that runs millions of websites.
CEC Visioning document –
The PECH structure is a useful way to build team cohesion and direction by finding commonalities and ironing out differences at the outset. It can be helpful to revisit and review the process from time to time, to check in with where the team is at, particularly around points of change- as the project develops, or team members leave/ join.
