By accessing or using any of Fast Publications services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use any of our services.

Services

Fast Publications provides a range of services including, but not limited to, editorial services, publishing assistance, and marketing support for authors. The specifics of each service will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

User Responsibilities

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when employing our services.

Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to your content, but you grant Fast Publications a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

Payment

Fees

The fees for our services will be outlined in a separate agreement. Payment terms will be specified in the invoice provided to you.

Late Payments

Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.

Bill Disputes

Any billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date. If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us immediately at info@fastpublications.com. We will investigate and resolve any disputes promptly.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued at Fast Publications’ discretion. If you are not satisfied with our services, you can request a refund. A 25% refund is applicable within 7 days of service request. Refund requests exceeding the given timeline will not be entertained. All refund requests should be sent to info@fastpublications.com and must include the reasons for dissatisfaction. Fast Publications reserves the right to deny refunds if the services have been substantially rendered or if the refund request is made beyond the specified period.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the services provided by Fast Publications remain the property of Fast Publications.

Usage

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any materials provided by Fast Publications without prior written consent.

Confidentiality

Fast Publications agrees to keep all personal and project-related information confidential and will not disclose any such information to third parties without your explicit consent.

Liability

Limitation of Liability

Fast Publications is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Fast Publications provides services on an “as is” basis and does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the date of termination.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of the jurisdiction where Fast Publications is based. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Amendments

Fast Publications reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you through other means. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
