Helping Victims of Violence Human Trafficking and Abuse Praying Hearts & Hands is Raising $2M with FasterCapital
Praying Hearts & Hands is an NPO that aims at helping victims of gender based violence, human trafficking, abuse and homelessness. The team is working towards solving issues for abused woman and children, providing affordable cheap housing within the immediate communities, safety for trafficked in person victims, and education on these above issues. Starting with these in this province and moving into other areas or provinces as the organization grows and helps more people.
The organization is currently raising $2M and has joined FasterCapital’s LaunchUp program. Praying Hearts & Hands is founded by Edwin Marais and is based in South Africa.
The LaunchUp program helps startups and companies in getting funded and closing their seed, series A, series B, or series C startups. The program provides financial planning modeling and advisory services as well as matching services and following up with the investors.

The company is based in the United Kingdom and was founded by Peter Hronec and Sabina Jungmann. The startup is currently raising a capital of $305k. Joining the Acceleration program, the startup will get full fundraising support and services; matching with the right funding sources, funding planning, improving the pitching materials (pitch deck, business plan, financial model), and business valuation.
