DMCA Copyright Policy

Fapish.com allows users to upload and share content. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same. If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe user-uploaded content on our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice, and we will act on compliant notices.

How to submit a DMCA notice

Please send a written notice to our designated agent at [email protected] that includes:

1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the service (URL or other specific location).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Counter-notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] with the following:

1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
2. Identification of the material removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., the district where the service provider is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat infringers

Fapish.com may terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers.
