Kawa: mid-20s, Filipino, New Yorker, ex-Floridian. (Applied) Mathematician with a Master's in Operations Research, with past stints in teaching/tutoring and the spreadsheet-manipulating corporate world, now futzing with more spreadsheets in the public sector. Origami crafter. Somewhere in there on the queer spectrum, and jumping off the monogamous relationship escalator with both feet. Just feminist enough to kick ass in a male-dominated scientific field. Allergic to eggs. Baker with some extra chemical help; ingredients for chocolate chip cookies and snickerdoodles are required in pantry at all times.

Probably already watched whatever semi-mainstream thing you've thought of.
Video games: Pokemon main series. Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. Final Fantasy, IX or earlier, VI most of all. World Ends with You. Bravely Default. Half-Life series, Portal inclusive. Team Fortress 2 (always play Engineer). Left 4 Dead series (always play the girl.) Roguelikes and related "procedural death labyrinths", Ancient Domains of Mystery and Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup especially. Minecraft, and watch way too many Let's Plays (<3 Mindcrack). Lots of other indie goodies, particularly RPGs and rhythm games.
Football: Germans, especially Philipp Lahm. Americans, both men and women. Bayern Munich. Chelsea. Slash-friendly, without excessive tinhatting or full ignorance of WAG existence; always up for discussion and squee.
