Falcon Proxy is just an extension that provides a visual interface for the classical proxy window. It allows you to to have more proxies loaded and the possibility to switch between them. The host is actually the PROXY's IP address and the port is the one provided by the system administrator in case you're using a private one.
But, you can Google for proxy lists and then you can use the one(s) you want. Browse Google and type proxy lists and then visit the websites. You will find plenty of proxies to choose from.
Warning: While you're connecting through proxies, never enter any credit card data, bank information, passwords, and any other sensitive data.
