Dear Designer,
I'm George Baskin, Regional Manager at TimTim, a leading general merchandise big-box store. We're a one-stop-shop for everything from electronics to bath bombs and beyond. As we prepare for our re-opening after recent reconstructions, we're focused on rebuilding and strengthening our team.
Unfortunately, the reconstruction project led to some difficult decisions, including closing down branches and letting go of some talented staff members. Now that we're about to reopen again, we want to find new and trustworthy employees who can help us deliver exceptional customer service. To achieve this, we'd like to create a 'Refer a Friend'-program on our website that allows our existing staff to recommend individuals for potential hire in exchange for a reward.
The idea is simple: our current employees will be able to refer friends or acquaintances they think would be a great fit for working with TimTim. We want the referral form to be user-friendly and easy to fill out, while also ensuring we collect the necessary information about the referred individual.
We'd like the form to include space for our staff member's own details (first and last name), as well as their friend's contact information (name, email address, phone number) and a brief recommendation on why they think we should hire this person. We also want to emphasize that staff members must obtain permission from their referred friend before sharing their contact details.
In terms of design, we're open to your creativity and would love you to incorporate our brand colors: gray (#E5E2E1) and orange (#E39776). While the form should be functional and easy to use, feel free to bring your own ideas and flair to make it engaging and user-friendly.
Thank you for your time and expertise in designing this referral form. We look forward to reviewing your concept!
Best regards,
George Baskin
