Performance Outcomes
Fair360’s longitudinal database spans five years of workforce data from 150+ major employers. It shows that companies executing all five core inclusion initiatives—leadership engagement, mentorship, sponsorship, high-potential programs, and employee resource groups—materially outperform companies with only 0–1 initiatives in place. These companies achieve 44% lower voluntary turnover, 38% greater promotion velocity, and 55% stronger promotion symmetry across
demographics.
That means lower talent loss, faster advancement of capable employees, more
balanced leadership pipelines, and meaningful financial benefit.

Our Foundation
Built on data, leadership experience, and practical implementation
Benchmarking remains Fair360’s cornerstone product because comparative data is what allows employers to understand, with precision, where they stand and which actions are most likely to produce results. To make that benchmarking more actionable, Fair360’s new content ecosystem delivers practical guidance on the five core inclusion initiatives, deeper analysis of turnover and promotion outcomes, and structured learning that helps employers move from understanding to implementation to forecasting.
