Glad you asked.
I currently serve as Senior Librarian for Information Technology at the City of Palo Alto Library. Nestled in the “Birthplace of Silicon Valley” we are working to create a cutting edge library experience for our community. Watch the skies!
I came out of library school from San Jose State University, with an emphasis on digital librarianship. I was then picked up by Adobe Systems where I helped maintain a market research portal and synthesizing the salient trends in analyst research.
Eventually, I wanted to get out of the interpretation business and into the implementation business. So I began a six year gig working as Digital Services Coordinator at DePaul University in Chicago.
My professional publications can be found on my Selected Works page.
I was also the editor and co-author of The Ten Minute Activist among other writing projects and blogs.
