In order to fix the issue, I suggest you update your web browser to the latest version. Also, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete key combination and clear all cache, cookies and temporary Internet files. After that, open the Adobe Flash Player download page, click the yellow Install now button, save the file to your computer, close the browser and install the utility following the on-screen instructions. If the problem persists, try using another web browser from Software Informer database.
The first thing to do, if you've lost your Facebook account, then the first thing you need to do is to access the Forgot your password?page. As the form says, input the name, email, or any detail you might remember in order to start the recovery process. Unfortunately, this is the only way to recover the password for your account.
If you're using a graphic editor, then all you need to do is to save the image to your hard drive then access Facebook website and upload the picture. On a side note, Facebook allows you to crop the photo you upload if it exceeds the recommended size. You can upload a picture even if it's in RAW format because Facebook will take care of it to allow you to resize it.
