EzVideoCutter is a video editing program that will even allow you to convert clips.
It will not only let you perform cuts and joins, but will let you convert between the most popular formats. So, you can take any movie or sound clip, trim it or join another part, or extract just the audio portion. And you can save the result in the format you need.

The program allows to extract just a part of a video file, join more than two videos or convert the files between formats. You will have to choose the files where you have stored the videos you will be working on, and where you will save the created videos. When cutting files, you will have to set the start and end position. The program will show you the pictures for each of those moments. When joining videos, you must select the video formats you will use, and the convert part of the program will let you choose the target video or audio format, the video quality, frame size, sound and volume boost.

The demo version of this program will produce video and sound files with no limitation or watermarks. But it will work for just five days. After that, you need to register the program.
