Does anyone know why ezPayCheck w-2 screen does not have copies 1 and 2 for printing (tax year 2010)? All of the federal forms (B, C and D) are there and print.

You're probably missing the installation of a package that contains those forms. I have looked on the web and the official website offers downloads for tax forms from year 2010. I recommend checking the official website in order to download the necessary package with tax forms 2010.
