Real-Estate Valuations
Real estate valuation is the process of developing an opinion of value for specific property - Market value.
Market value – the estimated amount for which an asset or liability should exchange on the valuation date between a willing buyer and a willing seller in an arm's length transaction, after proper marketing and where the parties had each acted knowledgeably, prudently and without compulsion.

Project Monitoring
Integral part of the project management. We provides understanding of the progress of the project so that appropriate actions can be taken when the performance deviates significantly from the planned path. Regular systematic collection and analysis of information to track the progress of the project implementation against pre-set targets and objectives. All of this to provides continuous feedback on the project implementation progress as well assists in the identification of potential successes and constraints to facilitate timely decisions.
Tehnical due diligence reports
Technical due diligence reports provides investors detailed information about the property prior to any commitment. Thorough independent analyses, inspections and valuations can expose potential cost drivers and other problems.
Zero Reports
Report on the existing state of the property - project in accordance with the requirements of the investor for further potential investment in the property itself or a specific project.
