It then starts you "up the ladder" by walking you through 1 minute fast, 1 minute easy, then 2 minutes fast, 2 minutes easy, and so on, all the way up to 5 steps. Once you have completed 5 steps, it walks you down the same way, step 4, 3, 2, 1.Increases endurance, strength and speed.* User-defined warm-up interval (default 5 mins)* 5 steps in the ladder* Go up the ladder 1,2,3,4,5 then down the ladder 4,3,2,1* Can be used by atheletes and coaches.I needed an interval trainer in my own running, and since I run mostly early morning and at night, I didn't want to keep looking at my watch and turning its light on. This allows me to run hands free and stick to my interval training. I've found this app to be very helpful, and it has increased my speed and endurance considerably.
